This notice explains what personal data Prodex AI Sdn Bhd collects through this website and WhatsApp, why, and the choices you have under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect
- Details you send us through the contact form: your name, work email, company, role, and what you tell us about your enquiry.
- WhatsApp messages you send us, and your phone number.
- Website usage data collected by Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, using cookies.
- Spam-check data processed by Google reCAPTCHA on the contact page, such as device and interaction information.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss our services.
- To provide services if you become a client.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To protect the website and form from spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Required and optional details
Fields marked as required on the form are needed for us to reply. If you don't provide them, we can't respond to your enquiry. Fields marked optional are up to you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you (our hosting provider, Google for analytics and reCAPTCHA, and WhatsApp for messages), with professional advisers where needed, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Transfers outside Malaysia
Google and WhatsApp may process data on servers outside Malaysia. We use these services under their published terms and limit what we send to them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the law and our contracts require.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
- You can withdraw your consent or ask us to limit how we use your data, including for any marketing.
- You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and limited retention to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

This notice is currently available in English. A Bahasa Malaysia version will follow; if the two ever differ, the English version applies.
